As an Instructional Designer for the Google Career Certificate in Advanced Data Analytics, I played a key role in developing a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for aspiring data professionals. My responsibilities included managing a team of 6 writers, ensuring the quality and consistency of all course content. I contributed directly to the curriculum by developing engaging Tableau content and co-leading the development of the capstone project, a crucial component of the learning journey. Furthermore, I collaborated closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify critical knowledge gaps and incorporate the most relevant and up-to-date industry best practices into the curriculum.

In a pivotal initiative to equip learners with the skills necessary to thrive in the AI-powered future, I played a key role in integrating AI content across all Google Career Certificates. Working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various industries, I spearheaded the identification of relevant AI training modules. This involved researching and analyzing the impact of AI on each specific industry, determining the essential AI knowledge and skills required for learners to succeed in their chosen career paths. This collaborative effort ensured that all learners, regardless of their chosen career path, gained a foundational understanding of AI's transformative potential and its implications for their future careers.
